Yes, we offer delivery across all areas of Dubai. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM. For areas outside central Dubai, please contact us directly to confirm availability.

How do I place an order?
You can place an order by browsing our collection and selecting your preferred arrangement, or by contacting us directly for a bespoke commission. For corporate or wedding enquiries, please use our dedicated enquiry form.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and bank transfers for large orders.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photograph and we will arrange a replacement.
Do you cater to weddings and corporate events?
Yes, this is one of our specialities. We work with wedding planners, hotels, and corporate clients across Dubai and the UAE. Please contact us at least 2-4 weeks in advance for event commissions.
How should I care for my flowers?
Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle every 2-3 days and place the arrangement in fresh, cool water. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit. Change the water every 2 days for maximum longevity.
Can I include a personal message with my order?
Yes. At checkout you can add a handwritten message card to your arrangement at no extra cost.
