These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Royal Garden UAE website and your purchase of products from Royal Garden Floral LLC, registered in Dubai, UAE. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been accepted.
Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the selected time slot. While we make every effort to deliver on time, delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the delivery window are non-refundable as the arrangement will already have been prepared.
If a product is delivered in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 2 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
5. Product Descriptions
As flowers are natural products, slight variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur between the images shown and the delivered product. This does not constitute a defect.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Royal Garden Floral LLC. Reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal Garden Floral LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or products.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
